Having simple colds is usually related to sinusitis. But what are the signs of sinus problem? What is sinusitis? • Increase your fluid intake (water and fruit juices).
• For unbearable pain, you may use over-the-counter pain relievers and decongestants bought from pharmacies.
• You may also apply a soft, moist wash cloth in your face several times in a day.
• Give yourself a hot bath.
• Steam by breathing air from a steamy shower or a bowl filled with hot water.
• Use saline drops, also found in drug stores, to open your nasal passages and reduce blockage in your airways.

Is sinusitis a serious disease? Yes, it could be, without early attention and proper treatment. Sinusitis may lead to complications if not cured.
